The nursery
What was once a mess of a guest room…
…is now a room fit for baby boy (or girl. We kept it pretty neutral after the anatomy scan hoopla.)
All the credit goes to my mom and husband. I sadly don't have a crafty or handy bone in my body.
My mom painted the adorable critters on the walls. Notice the Clemson paws? My favorite part!
The nursery still isn't complete. We're waiting on the rocking chair that will live by Mr. Alligator and we need to put pictures in two of the frames.
We have to hang up the letters that spell baby's name under the shelf and fill the shelf with books. Speaking of, does anyone know where I can get cute bookends?
I love the way it turned out!
I can't believe this is going to be an actual baby's room! It still blows my mind. I can't wait to meet him. Err, actually I can. Hang in there at least 6 more days, little guy.

I also want to reassure you – I have a friend who lost her mucus plug at 34 weeks … and then didn’t deliver until 41 weeks. Baby could hang in there for a while still!

So cute! Love the color combination and the stripes on the walls. Looking at the photos makes me so excited for your little one (and my own, of course) to arrive. Do you ever just wander in there and sit for a while even though there’s no baby yet? I find myself doing it all the time now!
